The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to many attractions. Everything we wanted to see was just a short walk away. the staff was helpful and spoke our language well. the room was nicely decorated and clean. the amenities provided were good.
The room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, especially the girl who answered the phone; she spoke English fluently and was very helpful. Additionally, the gentleman who helped us open the door was very hospitable and easy to converse with. The location of this hotel was ideal, as it is close to everything in the city. Whether we were seeking transportation or a great breakfast spot, we had easy access to both.
Worst aspects of this city were nothing not to like.

The staff members were amazing and very friendly. We spoke to a girl on the phone who had good English and was extremely helpful. There was also a guy who opened the door for us and he was humble and easy to talk to. The location was very convenient with everything being close by.
The room was much smaller than we expected, and the bath was especially tiny. It was difficult to fit in and it had an unpleasant smell that wafted into the room.

Staff was friendly and helpful, the location was great as it was close to everything we wanted to see and do.
The room was smaller than what we expected and the bathtub was too small to use. the pictures online made it look larger than it actually is.
